Im always at a different spot when the sun breaks the Horizon. Its never planned, I just pull over and hope there is something in the foreground. Most times its just scrub brush and thats ok with me. Its the world we live in and on.

This photograph is a study in the subtle tones and gradations of "wild light." The sky is filled with all sorts of orange and purple wild light.The ground is filled with purple and blue. The composition is masterful. I like the way the frozen water on the ground points toward the setting sun and how it gets more orange the closer it gets to the sun. This is a masterpiece.
